Yann Vincent is appointed Vice President, Industrial (Rolling stock) of Alstom Transport
29 June 2009Yann Vincent, 52, is to join Alstom Transport on 1 September 2009 as Vice President, Industrial (Rolling Stock), reporting to Jean-Louis Ricaud, Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Yann Vincent was Chief Operating Officer of Russian motor manufacturer AvtoVAZ.
Brussels and Frankfurt now 26 minutes closer thanks to Alstom’s Atlas Level 2 ERTMS technology
22 June 2009On 12 June, Belgian operator Ifrabel inaugurated its new high-speed L3 line, equipped with the Level 2 ERTMS Atlas control and signalling system. This 35-km line, which links Liège, Belgium with the German border via Aachen, is the first European cross-border high-speed line equipped with Level 2 ERTMS technology.
